Hi! It's been a month since my last entry, hope you can forgive me! It’s been a busy month, full of ups and downs that left me with little motivation to do anything, but I feel bad for going so long without updating this page. So here comes a small update:
Things I did last month that I wanted to share here:
✿ Last month, I did a Twilight watch-party with my friends! I love how that book/movie series has, over the years, gained the status of a cult movie people will see in groups to laugh, and shout the most iconic lines, a bit like what happened with Rocky Horror (my favorite movie!) or The Room. We laughed a lot while watching them, although we only managed to watch the first two movies before feeling so tired we had to go to sleep. I took the opportunity to put together a vampire-inspired outfit (I’ll try to post a photo, but I'll have to figure out a good way to add pictures to the journal and as you guys know, I'm still very new to codding...) because planning outfits is something I find super fun to do!! I always use the silliest occasions to think of themed outfits or just a bit more extravagant ones that push me out of the basic fits I wear during workdays.✿ I visited Zaragoza with some friends! It was a short trip, but we all felt like we did something we really needed: a little getaway from home, spending time together, visiting beautiful and interesting places, and enjoying a long weekend. The highlights of the trip were going to an Axolotes Mexicanos concert, eating at an sirian restaurant, visiting the Goya Museum, drinking at an '80s-themed bar, and my friend buying a Nailong figurine we all thought it was so ugly it was hillarious.
✿ Many of my friends and family have their birthdays in November, so this month I've been to tons of birthday parties! In fact, as soon as I close my laptop, I’ll need to get dressed to go visit my parents, since my mom's birthday was a week ago and she's celebrating it today.
Besides this, as I mentioned at the beginning, a couple of things happened this month that have made me pretty sad, and I don’t really feel like talking or dwelling on them, so I’ll just leave it at that. I’m really excited to keep playing around with html and checking out your pages on Neocities. The way this platform has reignited my love for the internet is so sweet, and I feel very grateful!!
See you soon and thank you for the first 3 followers I've gained!! You made my day! :)
